We’re launching EPIC (Employer Provided Innovation Challenges) specifically designed for collegiate student-athletes. Through EPIC, athletes will take part in short, real-world projects with employers that act like micro-internships—giving them the chance to apply their skills, collaborate with peers, and gain professional experience while balancing the demands of their sport and academics. At the same time, employers connect with a motivated, disciplined, and team-oriented talent pool. The result: student-athletes build career confidence and professional networks, and companies gain early access to the next generation of leaders.
